Macaroni with chorizo


  • 2 KOK'O eggs
  • 350g macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 500g tomato purée
  • 120g sliced cooked ham
  • 80g mild chorizo in slices
  • salt


  • Add the oil, tomato purée and salt to a pan and allow to gently simmer for around 15 minutes.
  • At the same time, bring lightly salted water to a boil in a large pan and then cook the macaroni "al dente".
  • Finely chop the ham and chorizo. Coarsely chop the KOK'O eggs.  
  • Strain the cooked rigatoni and add to the sauce (off the stove). Add the ham, chorizo and eggs. Mix well and serve with grated gruyere cheese.
